Back to doing what I love

It has been a long time since I have been on here, really on here! Changing jobs in 2014 made it more difficult to do what “I love”, sharing my food and travel, family, and life events. Now that I am officially “retired” I have started my own company, and will be making time to blog and document my cooking again. I am so excited for the next chapter of our lives.

My husband and I moved into our final home, this was to be our “retirement” home, now it’s our forever home, we have everything we could ever want. Being on the water, within an Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course Community. Our neighbors are the best and I believe we know every single person living here.

We have plans to travel more now that COVID is (hopefully) in its last stages of wreaking havoc within the world. You will notice changes to the site as I revamp it to be more conducive to what I can do now and some video content coming soon.

Fun times ahead, I thank you for reading this and staying with me this long. Let us get to cooking!

I love to cook and travel. There is nothing like experiencing new cultures and of course the food. I am really happy doing charcuterie trays, this has been my new obsession for the last two years. So much creativity and fun goes into each board.

I have no formal training in nutrition or in cooking, however, I love to do it and my family reaps the benefits.

Enjoy the blog, I would love to hear from you!
