So ExCiTeD for the future

I have not become overly drawn every day to looking for blog content, yet, I am here every morning doing just that. Currently in the pipeline is a Gluten-Free air-fried green tomato, Gluten Free Homemade Pasta, and homemade Gluten-Free bread.

That’s what I had planned up to last evening when we saw one of our neighbors at the local watering hole. DT is an avid duck hunter, thanks to my husband who asked if I could get a fresh duck. To my greatest pleasure, he said yes! I am now looking at adding sous vide duck confit, as well as a duck breast a la ‘orange.

We live within the best community, and I can’t believe our luck. The people here are without a doubt the best and most giving I have ever encountered.

The tomatoes are from one neighbor huge thanks to Karl and Sherri, The pasta recipe is a tutorial request by Danielle who is one of my best friends here at SHP. I’ll be doing the bread for my Hubby, and I’m trying to get a recipe for homemade tomato sauce from Mike (it’s like pulling teeth) Mike come on give the recipe up already, we all know it’s the best!

I am going to try to get to all these recipes in the next two weeks. My new video holder is coming on Tuesday and I will be able to start video tutorials. I still have to learn how to do the editing, but it is a very exciting time.
