Well it has been a minute since I have blogged (June 30th to be exact), and I have missed it!
I have been very busy.. no… WE have been actually busy the last 9 to 10 weeks. When you’re busy, the time flies right by. I have been taking a lot of classes online, and we have been lucky enough to do a load of traveling this summer, we spend a great time driving all over Europe, we started in Paris and went to Switzerland, Italy, Monaco, south of France and back to Paris. We saw lots of friends and family and stayed in a castle for a time! Really an experience of a lifetime; so blessed that we were able to do this! We have been traveling to North and South Carolina a lot on the weekends, and we hosted a girl from France for a time. With our youngest starting High school and getting back into the swing of life, I hope to start bringing my culinary experiences back to the web! I truly enjoy cooking and every meal seems to have a story behind it. Why not jump back in and do another obsession that I love…. COOKING!
