So it is the holiday season, and if you celebrate Christmas then you more than likely have some sort of traditions. In our house we collect Christmas ornaments from the places we travel too. I wanted to share some of them with you. It is so nice to decorate the tree and reminisce when we see the different balls. This is not all the decorations but a nice smattering. Enjoy!
Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol
But I am sure that I have always thought of Christmas time, when it has come round… as a good time; a kind, forgiving, charitable, pleasant time; the only time I know of, in the long calendar of the year, when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts freely.
Dr. Seuss
And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow, stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so? It came without ribbons. It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags. And he puzzled and puzzled ’till his puzzler was sore. Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn’t before. What if Christmas, he thought, doesn’t come from a store? What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more?

Hi, Laura, your recent post is highly appreciated esp now that my country is suffering from great loss due to the tropical storm and manny pacquiao’s defeat as well (even if i don’t like boxing; i still support him).
I am not a boxing fan either but sympathize with you and your country! Keep your chin up and continue to look for the good through the bad! Thank you for commenting as well!
When I wrote the earlier comment I used my phone. i checked again today using my laptop and whoa, lovely photos, I now know my theme for our family’s Christmas dinner.
